Feedback website

Hello! 

I'm currently travelling home from a Haven Holiday :)

Whilst there, I've seen some good things, these things could be implemented at Butlins, I mean, it's all Bourne Leisure after all!

On the feedback cards in the caravan it says who cleaned the van, and who checked it - Butlins could do this :)

As if that touch of persolisation wasn't enough, it says "you've trusted us with something as big as your family holiday" or along those lines, and it goes on to ask for your feedback. Yes, there's a written space, but there's also a website and QR Code that takes you to the website where you can fill in your feedback - there's no need to drop it off at reception!
