Skegness Skyline does not mix with heavy rain!

Last week it rained really bad on the monday night and it started coming through the roof

They had to close the Arcade,Chip Shop and everything was getting soaked

Is what we have been told about the Skyline Pavillion in Skegness last week!

We hope it is quickly fixed and sorted out :)

Feedback website

Hello! 

I'm currently travelling home from a Haven Holiday :)

Whilst there, I've seen some good things, these things could be implemented at Butlins, I mean, it's all Bourne Leisure after all!

On the feedback cards in the caravan it says who cleaned the van, and who checked it - Butlins could do this :)

As if that touch of persolisation wasn't enough, it says "you've trusted us with something as big as your family holiday" or along those lines, and it goes on to ask for your feedback. Yes, there's a written space, but there's also a website and QR Code that takes you to the website where you can fill in your feedback - there's no need to drop it off at reception!

Rain closes Centre Stage Bognor

Today (20/10/2013) due to adverse rain, Centre Stage in Bognor Regis was closed. Following an announcement from Butlins, the team have now managed to re - open the venue.

Ahah, Butlins like to confuse people don't they! It's called Butlins but the logo would suggest it's called Butlin's which it isn't.... Confusing!

EXCLUSIVE: Interview with A2ZIndex boss Steve

We've been featured in the A2ZBed online newspaper many times. This made us want to interview someone about it!

Now, we usually interview stars, tribute acts and famous people, but why not a guy like Steve?!?!

Steve is the boss of A2ZIndex, this incorporates many directories, villages, towns, accommodation and weddings, just to name a few.

A2ZBed (the site we deal with) was set up "To create a user friendly website for the industry. We wanted it to include free listings and affordable advertising, it is part of the www.a2zindex.co.uk selection of location and industry specific sites, which all come under the umbrella of www.haveuseenthat.co.uk"  Steve also told us that there is a small team of them working on A2ZBed and associated sites.

We were pleased to her that Steve loves to read Butlins:TheBlog when he gets the time to!

When asked "have you worked in the hospitality industry previously, or do you currently?" Steve replied with "I've worked in pubs and restaurants in the past."

Overall it sounds like Steve is a very busy man, and we'd like to take the time to thank him for mentioning us in his paper many times, and we hope this will happen again in the future :)
