Fantastic YouTube videos

I think one of the best ways to review one of the best places is to make a video - blog, or "Vlog" of your stay... That's just what this fantastic "YouTuber" has done. I've just watched it all and I think you'll love it as much as I do... It shows how much fun Butlins is whatever the weather; and how much fun you can have at Butlins, and it's at my favourite resort (the best in my opinion, I know CL will disagree)! SKEGNESS! Team Skeg Vegas!

Halloween decorations at Butlins - or the lack of.

I'm rather annoyed that there's not many Halloween decorations at Butlins this year - It's not their fault. Last year parents complained because their children got scared. It's a Halloween themed break! Does that mean that scary music effects can't be used in shows? probably. I'm sorry if I've offended you by this, and you were one of the parents, but you did know it was a Halloween themed break, and there is sufficient videos etc to support this.

I fail to see why Butlins should have to change [the decorations] because people got scared on a Halloween themed holiday - what is the world coming to?!?!?

We were saddened to read this on the Butlins Facebook Page;

I am not happy bunny. I lost all of my old butlins badges when I was a kid what I collect and my grandad. Now I have to start all again. I had 40 

Do you have any spare badges you can give to Lesley? If you do, click her name above to message her on facebook, because, as you can imagine, she's devastated by loosing them. Little things really are special to some people.

Skegness Skyline does not mix with heavy rain!

Last week it rained really bad on the monday night and it started coming through the roof

They had to close the Arcade,Chip Shop and everything was getting soaked

Is what we have been told about the Skyline Pavillion in Skegness last week!

We hope it is quickly fixed and sorted out :)

Looking for something different?

We all know not everybody has children, and that's why Butlins isn't just for those people. Butlins Live Music Weekends are for those who just want a good time. No children are allowed in the venues (caravan owner's children are allowed to use the resort facilities, but not Centre Stage or Reds).
