Skegness, and Ingoldmells (where Butlins is) has been listed as England's most deprived seaside town. We strongly disagree.
As the article starts by saying, Skegness is the home of the first Butlins Holiday Camp (yes, a mention), which is why the area shouldn't be listed as the most deprived! They mustn't have visited the resort, because we all know its certainly not deprived, because all places that have just had a multi-million pound swimming pool project are deprived, right? Well not really. These newspapers are always making Butlins and the areas around them seem something they're not!
Read the first few lines, it mentions Butlins.
